Now, select a color and/or size and click 'add to cart.' Feel free to continue shopping; you can always return to your shopping cart by clicking the 'shopping bag icon' in the upper right corner. Please note: having items in your shopping cart does not mean they are reserved.
Once you're done shopping, it's time to finalize your order. Click the 'shopping bag icon' in the upper right to view your items. In the next screen, you can adjust the quantities if needed. Then, click 'Proceed to Checkout.' You will now land on the checkout page, where you can easily fill in all your details on one page.
Note: After completing your order, you cannot make changes since your order is processed immediately to ensure you receive it as soon as possible.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
We covers the shipping costs. You do not pay any shipping costs.*

CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?
Yes, we ship all your items with Track & Trace. You can track your order through the order status page, and you'll receive the link via email once your order is shipped. Please note that it may take some time for the Track & Trace status to become available.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
We aim for a fast delivery of the products. If you place an order on working days before 15:00, we strive to process your order on the same day. Many of our items are shipped directly from our suppliers. As a result, the average delivery time is 10 - 15 working days.
WHAT IF I'M NOT HOME DURING DELIVERY?
If your package cannot be delivered, it will be waiting for you at a DPD location for 7 days . You will receive a notification from the postal carrier, which also indicates the pickup location. After these 7 days, DPD will return the shipment to our warehouse.
WRONG ADDRESS
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the provided shipping address is correct. We strive to expedite processing and shipping, providing a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your Track & Trace indicates that your package has been delivered to your address but you have not received your order, please report it to us. An investigation will be initiated by DPD 14 days after the indicated delivery date, and we will keep you informed until the end of the investigation.
DEFECT PRODUCT?
That's unfortunate! If your product is damaged during transport, we will always deliver a new package for free the first time and unfortunately cannot issue a refund. If it arrives defective a second time, we will refund the full purchase amount.
LOST PACKAGE/RETURNED PACKAGE?
In the event a package is lost or not delivered due to a logistical reason, we will always send a new package before proceeding with our refund and return policy.
DELIVERY NOT ACCEPTED AT HOME OR AT THE POST OFFICE?
If a package is delivered to the door or left at a post office, we incurred costs to deliver the package. If the package is not accepted or not picked up from the post office, it will automatically return to the supplier, and we are entitled to deduct €15 from the refunded amount.
