If you have received the wrong items or the items you received are defective, please send an email to support support@nova-dublin.com to discuss this further.
If you are not satisfied with the received goods, you can return them to us within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original and saleable condition.
Once returned, you are entitled to a full refund. It is important to note that we cannot accept returned items for refund or exchange if they have been used or if they are no longer in their original condition. We appreciate your understanding and are ready to answer any questions about the return process.

Do I have to pay for my return shipment?
Yes, all customers are responsible for the costs of their return shipment. We recommend sending your return shipment with a Track & Trace, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost return shipments.

All returned items must be unused and in their original plastic packaging.
We are not responsible for the costs of returning the items.
Ensure that all returned items are well-packaged to prevent damage in transit.
Ensure that all return packages are sent with a traceable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items that are damaged or lost during return transport.
Ensure that the return form is approved - without approval, your return may not be processed.
Return within 30 days: We understand that you may change your mind sometimes, so we offer you the option to return your purchase within 30 days of receipt. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us, and we will gladly guide you through the return process.

Step 2: Send your order
Send the items along with the completed return form to the address on the return form. Ensure that the package has a Track and Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible, and we do not want any misunderstandings.
Step 3: Receive the purchase amount in your bank account
Once we receive the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is back in your bank account within five working days.
